What to have ready
If you already ordered AlphaSteel, have the order number from your confirmation email and the name and ZIP code on the order. That is enough for us to find it. If you have not ordered yet, just ask; you will not be put through a script.
Returns
Do not post a return before you contact us. Refunds are processed against a reference we give you, and a parcel that arrives without one takes far longer to match to your order. Email [email protected] and you will have the address and the reference the same or next business day.
A word about security
Ardmore Fulfillment Partners will never ask for your full card number, your CVV or your online banking details by email, text or phone.
