The short version. You have 60 days from the day you pay to ask for your money back on any AlphaSteel order, opened bottles included. Email or call this desk, send back what is left, and the refund goes to your card within five business days of arrival.

What the guarantee covers

  • Every package size: two, three or six bottles, at any of the three rates.
  • Bottles you have opened and taken from, not only sealed stock.
  • The full product price you paid. Your original shipping charge, where one applied, is not refunded.
  • Orders placed on this site. A bottle bought from a marketplace listing is not covered, because we did not sell it and cannot verify it.

When the clock starts and stops

  1. Day 0Payment goes through. The 60-day window opens the same day.
  2. Day 1We dispatch and email your tracking link.
  3. Days 3 to 7The box lands and you start the two capsules each morning.
  4. Day 60The last day to contact us with a refund request.

The date on your order confirmation email is the date we count from. If day 60 lands on a weekend or a public holiday, a request sent on the next business day is still accepted.

The three refund steps

    We reply the same or next business day with the return address and a reference to write on the parcel. Return postage is yours to cover.

  3. Get your money

    Once the parcel is checked in, the refund is issued to the original card within five business days and we email you the confirmation.

What to expect honestly

AlphaSteel is a botanical formula, not a medicine. Most people who write to us about results talk about the second month rather than the first week, which is why the maker asks for a 30-day trial before you judge it. If nothing has changed for you by then, you still have the rest of the window to ask for the money back, and this desk will not argue with you about it.

What we cannot do is refund an order placed somewhere else, refund after day 60, or refund the shipping charge on a two-bottle order. Everything else is straightforward.

How long is the AlphaSteel guarantee?

Sixty days from the date of purchase, not from the date the box arrives. That is the maker's policy and this desk applies it exactly as written.

Does it cover bottles I have opened?

Yes. Opened and part-used bottles are covered. The maker asks that you take AlphaSteel for at least 30 days before deciding, so an empty bottle is not a problem.

How long does the refund take?

Your refund is issued to the card you paid with within five business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Card issuers usually post it within another two to five days.
