Yes. Payment is taken on the maker's encrypted checkout page, not on this site. Your card number is never typed into buyalphasteel.com and this desk never sees or stores it. We see your name, address, email and what you ordered.

No. Every order is a one-time payment. There is no monthly plan, no stored card and no automatic renewal. When you want more you place a new order yourself.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Some prepaid and debit cards work too, as long as the billing address matches what you enter.

You can call +1 (423) 505-7182 during business hours and we will walk you through the checkout, but the card details still go into the secure page on your own screen. We do not take card numbers over the phone, for your protection and ours.

If the order has not been picked yet, yes. Call or email straight away with your order number. Once the parcel is scanned by the carrier it has to run its course, and then the 60-day guarantee is the route back.

The descriptor comes from the maker's payment processor and usually shows the brand name or a short version of it. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email us the last four digits and the amount and we will identify it.

Where a state requires it, tax is calculated and shown on the checkout page before you pay. There are no other fees added after that point.

Dispatch is same day for orders paid before 2pm Eastern and next business day otherwise. Transit is 3 to 7 business days to most U.S. addresses, 5 to 10 to Alaska and Hawaii.

A tracking email is sent when the carrier scans your label, usually within a business day of payment. If it has not arrived after two business days, check spam, then email [email protected].

Yes to all three. PO boxes and non-continental states are delivered by USPS and take a few days longer than a continental street address.

Not from this desk. We fulfil U.S. orders only, including APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.

Yes. A plain mailer or brown box with a shipping label and our Chattanooga return address. Nothing on the outside names the product.

Tell us and we act on it. A stalled tracking number gets a carrier trace the same day, a missing parcel reported within seven days of the delivery scan gets reshipped or refunded, and a damaged bottle gets replaced from a photograph without a return.

Yes. Opened and part-used AlphaSteel bottles are covered. You are expected to have tried it, not to have left it sealed in a drawer.

The product price is refunded in full. A shipping charge paid on a two-bottle order is not refunded, and return postage is yours to cover.

Then we cannot refund it, because we did not sell it and cannot verify what is in the bottle. The guarantee only covers orders placed on this site.
