AlphaSteel Delivery and Tracking
The short version. AlphaSteel orders paid before 2pm Eastern are packed the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. Most U.S. addresses receive the box 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, and your tracking link is emailed as soon as the label is scanned.
Processing: what happens in the first 24 hours
Your payment confirms on the maker's checkout, the order drops into our queue in Chattanooga, and a picker pulls your bottles the same working day. We do not hold orders back to group them into a bigger run and we do not wait for restocks, because the bottles you are buying are already on the shelf when the rate table says they are. Weekend orders are picked on Monday morning.

Shipping is free on the three and six bottle AlphaSteel orders. On the two-bottle order a flat shipping charge is added on the checkout page, where you will see it before you pay.
Tracking your order
You get two emails. The first confirms the order and the amount charged. The second arrives when the carrier scans the label, usually within a business day, and it carries the tracking number and a link. If the second email has not arrived after two business days, check the spam folder, then write to [email protected] with the name on the order and we will look it up by hand.
How your AlphaSteel arrives
Bottles travel in a plain padded mailer or a plain brown box. There is no product name, no imagery and nothing on the outside that tells a neighbour what you ordered. The return address on the label is our Chattanooga, TN address. Inside you get your sealed bottles and a single usage card, nothing else.
If a delivery goes wrong
- Tracking has stalled for three business days. Call or email us and we open a trace with the carrier the same day.
- Marked delivered but not there. Check with the household and neighbours first, then tell us within seven days and we reship or refund.
- Box arrived crushed or a bottle is broken. Photograph it, send us the photo, and a replacement goes out without you returning anything.
- Wrong address entered. Tell us fast. If the order has not been picked we can change it; once it is scanned we have to wait for the carrier to return it.
