AlphaSteel Privacy Notice

Effective August 2026. This notice explains what Ardmore Fulfillment Partners, LLC does with information from people who visit or order on buyalphasteel.com.

What we never see

Your card number, expiry date and security code. Payment is taken on the maker's encrypted checkout, which is a separate system. Nothing on this site captures card data, and this desk cannot retrieve it.

What we receive when you order

• Name, delivery address, email address and phone number.
• The package ordered, the amount paid and the date.
• Carrier tracking events for your parcel.
• Any message you send us about the order.

What the site collects on its own

Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamp) and a small number of analytics cookies used to count visits. We do not run advertising pixels that follow you around other sites, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, ever.

Why we hold it

To pack and ship your AlphaSteel order, to answer you when you write, to process a refund inside the 60-day window, and to keep the sales records U.S. tax rules require.

Who else touches it

Only the parties that have to: the payment processor used by the maker, the carrier delivering your parcel, and our email provider. Each receives the minimum needed to do its job. We will also comply with a lawful order from a court or regulator.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, because tax law says so. Support email for two years. Server logs for ninety days. Marketing email addresses until you unsubscribe, which every message lets you do in one click.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. We answer within thirty days. Browser settings let you refuse cookies; the order buttons still work if you do.

Children

This site sells a supplement for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
