AlphaSteel Refund Policy

Effective August 2026. This policy covers every AlphaSteel order placed on buyalphasteel.com and fulfilled by Ardmore Fulfillment Partners, LLC.

1. The window

You may request a refund within 60 calendar days of the date of purchase shown on your order confirmation email. Requests received after day 60 cannot be accepted. Where day 60 falls on a weekend or a U.S. public holiday, a request sent on the following business day is treated as being in time.

2. What is refunded

The full product price you paid, on any package size, whether the bottles are sealed, opened or part-used. Refunds are issued to the card used for the original payment. We do not issue store credit and we do not swap packages for cash value.

3. What is not refunded

• Shipping charges paid at checkout on a two-bottle order.
• The postage you pay to send a return back to us.
• Orders placed anywhere other than buyalphasteel.com, including marketplace listings that use the AlphaSteel name.
• Digital guides, which are yours to keep in every case.

4. How to start a refund

Contact [email protected] or call +1 (423) 505-7182 with your order number before returning anything. We reply with the return address and a reference number, usually the same business day. Parcels sent without a reference are matched by hand and take longer.

5. Timing

Once your return is received and checked in, the refund is issued within five business days and you receive an email confirming it. Card issuers typically post the credit within a further two to five business days. If you do not see it after ten business days, contact us and we will send you the processor reference.

6. Damaged, missing or wrong deliveries

These are not refunds and do not use up your 60-day window. Report a damaged or missing AlphaSteel order within seven days of the delivery scan and we will replace or refund it directly, with no return required for breakages.
