What Is AlphaSteel? The Product Brief
Prepared by the AlphaSteel ordering team. Product information reviewed August 2026. Last updated: August 2026.
The short version. AlphaSteel is a stimulant-free daily capsule for men, two each morning, built around six botanical and mineral actives aimed at testosterone support, energy, circulation and prostate comfort. It is made in the United States in an FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facility and sold direct rather than in shops.
Who it is made for
AlphaSteel is aimed at men over about 35 who notice the ordinary drift: less drive in the afternoon, slower recovery after training, a libido that used to look after itself. It is stimulant-free, so it does not work like a pre-workout or a caffeine pill and it will not keep you awake. Nothing here is a treatment for erectile dysfunction, low testosterone diagnosed by a doctor, or any other medical condition.
How you take it
Two capsules each morning with a glass of water, with or without food. A bottle holds 60 capsules, so one bottle is 30 days. The maker suggests at least 30 days before judging it and three months for the fuller picture, which is why the packages are sold as 60, 90 and 180 day supplies rather than singles.
The six actives on the AlphaSteel label
- Tongkat Ali 100:1 extract. A root extract used in traditional Malaysian practice and studied for its role in male hormonal balance.
- Horny Goat Weed (icariin). An epimedium leaf extract long used in traditional Chinese practice around libido and blood flow.
- Saw Palmetto berry. A palm berry extract most often studied in the context of prostate comfort and urinary flow in older men.
- Sarsaparilla root. A traditional botanical used in tonic blends, included here as a supporting herb.
- Nettle leaf extract. Studied mainly for lower urinary tract comfort, and often paired with saw palmetto in men's blends.
- Boron amino acid chelate. A trace mineral with an established role in bone health and in how the body handles steroid hormones.
The maker publishes the ingredient list but not the milligram amount of each active per serving, and we are not going to invent numbers to fill the gap. The complete label with the amounts is printed on every bottle we ship, so you can read it the day it arrives. If a site quotes exact milligrams for AlphaSteel, ask where they got them.
What the research does and does not say
Boron is the best documented of the six: it has an established role in bone health and in how the body handles steroid hormones[1]. Saw palmetto and nettle leaf are the pair with the longest record in men's urinary and prostate research[2][6], though results across trials are mixed. Tongkat ali has the most male-specific human study behind it of anything in this formula[3], and epimedium (horny goat weed) is traditional rather than well proven for libido[4]. Sarsaparilla is included as a supporting herb with a long history in tonic blends and little modern trial evidence.
None of that is a promise. Dietary supplements support normal function; they do not treat disease, and individual response varies more than any label admits.
What AlphaSteel does not claim
AlphaSteel is not a drug and is not sold as one. It does not treat, cure or prevent erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, prostate disease or infertility, and no capsule on this site replaces a prescription your doctor has given you. Statements about the formula have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Safety, and who should ask a doctor first
- Anyone taking blood thinners, blood pressure medication, hormone therapy or a prostate drug such as finasteride or an alpha blocker.
- Anyone with a diagnosed prostate, liver, kidney or heart condition.
- Anyone scheduled for surgery in the next two weeks.
- Men under 18, and anyone with a known allergy to palm, nettle or epimedium botanicals.
Is AlphaSteel FDA approved? No, and neither is any other dietary supplement. The FDA does not approve supplements the way it approves drugs[5]. What can honestly be said is that AlphaSteel is produced in the United States in an FDA-registered facility that follows GMP practice, and that these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
